Course Choice

At the end of Third Form, pupils choose subjects for GCSE study. Normally pupils will choose nine subjects, which includes both compulsory and optional subjects. More details are given in the Fourth Form course choice PDF.

In Sixth Form pupils narrow their studies to four or five subjects at AS level, then three or four subjects at A level in their final year. Pupils can alternatively choose to study for Scottish Higher qualifications.
