Francois-Xavier Piganeau (92 - Ruthven) and his wife Amelie welcomed their second daughter ISAURE in June 2008 in Sydney, Australia.

Lara Bryant (née Clayton 87 – Woodlands) completed the Berlin Marathon in September which she ran in aid of Cystic Fibrosis.  Her time was 4hr 34m and her team raised a fantastic £10K!

Duncan McCredie (99 – Freeland) has moved to Mumbai, India on a two year secondment with Rothschild.

John Tindal (90 – Ruthven) started up a number of Scottish bistros including ‘a room in the town’ and ‘Teuchters Bar’ and amongst other projects has taken over Skippers Seafood Bistro in Leith.

James Donald (98 – Freeland) recently completed his JAR-FCL Commercial Helicopters course with a frozen ATPL (H).

Debbie Cave (84 – Woodlands) completed the 13 mile ‘Moonwalk’ in London where her, and 19 of her friends raised £15,364.

Deaths

Grace Hoare, wife of the late Wilf Hoare, passed away in December 2009.

Eric Bradford Fairlie (48 - Ruthven), passed away in December 2009.

John Gray (52 - Freeland), passed away in November 2009.  Former Chairman of HSBC.

Prof John Sinclair ( 54 - Ruthven), passed away in November 2009.  Former Strathallian Club President.

Andrew Nelson-Cole (63 - Nicol), passed away March 2009.

Patrick Lee (80 - Simpson), passed away in May 2009.

Ewen MacCrimmon (42 - Nicol), passed away in June 2009.

Dr John Buchan Ross (30 - Freeland), passed away in January 2009.

Iain H Fraser (42 ), passed away in November 2008.

Stuart Rock Roselle (60 - Ruthven), passed away in November 2008 after losing a battle with cancer.

Ian Turnbull (50 - Nicol), passed away December 2008.
