Mr Nigel Smith (Head of Department): BSc (Econ) Hons (London), BA (Open) Hons, PGCE
Appointed to Strathallan in 1990 to establish the department, since when it has grown to three full time members of staff. Senior Examiner in Economics and Business Studies for a number of years for a leading English exam board. Also Master i/c Golf at Strathallan and currently Senior Tutor in Thornbank House.
Mrs Audrey Ingram-Forde: BA Business Studies (Luton)
Has extensive experience of management and business from practical experience whilst working at a number of "City" firms. Came to Strathallan in 1997 following a spell as a Lecturer in Business subjects at the University of Luton. Considerable examining experience for both Scottish and English exam boards. Currently in charge of Netball at Strathallan and an academic tutor in Thornbank House.
Mr Andrew Watt: BComm (Natal University, South Africa), Higher Diploma in Education.
Joined the Department in 1998 after teaching in both South Africa and the UK. Examining experience with an English board. Currently Master for Tennis and a Senior hockey coach and Housemaster of Ruthven House.
