Mr. Richard H. Fitzsimmons, MA (hons) St. Andrews (Head of Department)
He has been Head of History since September 2002, and has taught at Strathallan since 1993. He did research into the Dutch Revolt at St Andrew’s University under Professor Andrew Pettegree. He is a Tutor in Nicol House and Master i/c Cricket. He teaches from 2nd Form up to A2 level.

Mrs Donna Billing, MA (hons) St. Andrews, PCGE Durham
She arrived at Strathallan in September 2009, having taught previously at Ampleforth and Uppingham. She brings with her a formidable record as organiser of foreign trips and she currently runs the Debating club. She teaches from 1J to AS Level at present.

Mr. Peter, W. W. Bush Dip. IAPS (Housemaster Riley)
Having been a former Prep School Headmaster at the Banda School in Kenya, Peter Bush came to Strathallan in 2002 to be Housemaster of Riley. He teaches throughout the Junior School, from 1J through to the end of 2nd Form.

Mr. Nicholas T. H. du Boulay, BA (hons) Warwick (Head of Careers)
He has been at Strathallan since 1975, and in that time has been Housemaster of Simpson. Since giving up house-mastering he has been the School’s liaison with the Strathallian Club, and, latterly, Careers Master. He teaches in the 3rd Form.

Mr. Robert J. W. Proctor, MA (hons) St. Andrews
He has been at Strathallan since 1979, and in that time has been Head of History, Housemaster of Freeland, Second Master, and Master i/c Cricket. He teaches in the Senior School with concentration on examination classes at GCSE, AS and A2.
