Rugby

Rugby is one of the main sports enjoyed by both boys and girls at Strathallan.  It is run as a games option in the Autumn term with up to five senior teams and two sides run at third and fourth form level.  Riley House also field sides at appropriate levels.

A new culture has been introduced to the senior rugby players placing importance on physical conditioning in order to play the game at the highest level.  Skills training is also regarded as key to the development of rugby players within the School.

A summer camp takes place in August which is designed to educate and train players from 11 – 18 years old in various challenging environments supporting their desire to excel.
