Through this partnership, players will benefit from elite weekly training sessions, strength and conditioning support, and the chance to compete in the London Pulse Player Development tournament — all delivered in a professional training environment.
Open trials will take place in the Wilson Hall at Strathallan School on Friday 15th August 2025, with an alternative date of Friday 29th August for those on holidays.
Successful players will be invited to take part in weekly Friday evening sessions:
- 6.30–7.30pm: Strength & Conditioning
- 7.30–9.00pm: Technical court training
The programme follows the London Pulse training curriculum and will be led by Strathallan’s Director of Netball, Louisa Walker. Players will also take part in the London Pulse Player Development tournament at the end of the 20-week training period.
London Pulse competes in the Netball Super League and runs a comprehensive pathway programme, including multiple performance squads and over 40 netball hubs across the south of the UK. The club is committed to expanding access to elite netball, particularly in areas without existing franchise pathways, and supports several international teams including Pakistan, St Vincent, and France. Notably, Pulse athletes include current Scottish Thistles Evie Watts and Charlotte Dunkley.
Strathallan’s Netball programme continues to go from strength to strength. In the 2024/25 season, the school reached the U15 Scottish Schools Cup final and the Senior Cup semi-final, with 12 players selected for the Perth & Kinross District squads. This new partnership will build on that success, helping more players realise their district and national ambitions.

Trials are open to netball players aged 14–18 from any school.
