The pair will join former pupil Charlie Guest (GB World Cup team athlete) representing Scotland on the slopes.
Making his debut on the Scottish Ski squad, Alasdair M said, “It’s a massive honour being selected to ski for Scotland, especially after the last year with little training due to Covid.”
The 15-year-old from Auchterarder, who has been skiing since he was 18 months old at Glenshee, was recently named U16 Scottish Champion at Cairngorm in March.
He said moving up to the adult FIS category opens up new opportunities and challenges.
“I really wasn’t expecting it but I’m going to take every chance I get to work as hard as I can and keep progressing.”

Alasdair joins fellow Strathallan Student Maisie M in the FIS U18 team.
Maisie, who started skiing for Scotland when she was 14 years old, competed in her first FIS U18 Super G in January.
She said, “It feels great to be selected for the Scotland team again, I’m looking forward to spending another season with my team and I’m excited for the races ahead.”
