The programme followed a rigorous selection process, including isometric and in-person problem-solving assessments, reflecting Farrah’s exceptional talent, determination, and leadership.
"This means a lot to me," said Farrah. "I’m excited to learn from the professionals at such a prestigious company and gain hands-on experience that will kick-start a long career in business and finance."
Farrah has been at Strathallan since Fourth Form and has been a standout pupil across academics, sport, and leadership. She has represented Scotland in National Dressage with her pony, PJ, captained the school hockey programme, and championed charity initiatives while encouraging other female pupils to engage in sport.
On her choice of a degree apprenticeship, Farrah explained: "I wanted to do something different to the traditional university route. Leaving with four years of work experience while earning a salary gives you independence and confidence as I start my career."
Her advice to younger pupils is simple: take every opportunity that comes your way - there is far more to gain than to lose.
