Strathallan shortlisted for Independent School of the Year Awards

We are proud to announce that Strathallan School has been shortlisted for 3 Independent School of the Year awards, celebrating our students' success and staff commitment during one of the most challenging periods in education.

This year Strathallan School has been nominated for:

- Independent School of the Year for Performing Arts (Music & Drama)

- Independent School of the Year for Sporting Achievement

- Marketing Award for Effective Brand Communication

The Independent Schools of the Year awards celebrate all that students, staff and wider school communities have achieved during the 2021-22 academic year and at Strathallan this has included a magnicifent return to performing arts with our very own Performing Arts Festival, two outstanding recent productions (A Midsummer Night's Dream/Legally Blonde), the whole school coming together for the Big Sing and incredible success in sport.

A list of this year’s finalists will be published on 7 September and the winners, chosen by the Independent Schools of the Year judging panel will be announced at an awards ceremony in October.

This isn't the first time Strathallan has been recognised by these awards. In 2020, Strathallan was named Independent School of the Year for International Student Experience, confirming Forgandenny as one of the best places in the United Kingdom to study as an international student.

The judges said, “Strathallan was awarded the International Student Experience Award for their care and commitment to International Students and for supporting students to integrate into the school community.”
