Scottish Schools Cup

1st IV Boys v Aberdeen GS 6 – 0 W

Congratulations to Katie B & Eliza K and Ben C & Alexander E on their respective wins in the U16 and U12 ABTA Doubles Cup a weekends ago. Nicholas B was a runner-up in the U12 doubles.
The Following weekend Nicholas B and Ben competed at the Winter County U12 Doubles Competition winning silver medals after going down in a deciding third set Championship tiebreak in the final.

Congratulations to Lucas B who after losing 8-6 in the 3rd set (against the eventual winner) went on to win the consolation draw in the U9 boys singles event.

Congratulations to Imogen M who has been selected for the Scotland ‘A’ training squad. She will be training alongside the Scottish Thistle athletes and we wish her all the best for her first session today in Glasgow.

Well done to our volleyball team who recorded three wins on Sunday against Perth High School, Mongrels team and Kinross team in the Perth League.


National Primary & Secondary Schools Cross Championships

Congratulations to Murdo H who competed at the Primary Schools Ski Cross this week. In the primary 5 – 7 category (75 boys) he finished with a Silver Medal. Alastair J won the Bronze Medal in the S4- S6 category. Well done to both.

Well done to Nika B who finished in 1st place in the Level 3 individual event.


Scottish Schools Championships

Congratulations to Angus K who was 6th in the U16 Sabre and Aidan F who was 3rd in the O16 Sabre.

Congratulations to Campbell Hay who has been competing in the Sprint Triathlon Series. He did well in the Bishopbriggs, Tranent and Stirling Triathlons and, as a result, was the Junior Winner of the series.
