The win not only secured the Perthshire team as the best under 14 squad in the country but brought an end to the second unbeaten season in a row for our U14 players, who won all 8 fixtures in 2022/23 and all 11 fixtures in 2023/34, scoring an incredible 365 goals during this season alone.

Co-Captain Harriet R was named Player of the Match and alongside her Co-Captain Anna H, the pair led the team to a resounding success at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow.

Harriet said, “Winning was an incredible experience and a dream come true, all are hard work and determination had paid off and it felt amazing to win with such a dedicated team full of friends.

“Winning the Cup final made me feel proud not only of myself but all my friends who are a part of the team. It was also a relief because we had been training very hard and I was very nervous for the final. Looking ahead, I would love for us to retain the title for the third year in a row and remain undefeated. A personal goal for me is to play at a national level.”

Anna added, “Winning was such an amazing feeling, it made me so happy knowing that all our hard work paid off. Our team definitely deserved it and this season has brought us so much closer together. But winning wasn’t just the final score it also showed all the teamwork and determination we have put into this year. Our next goal is to inspire future netballers and keep our title as Scottish C Champions.”
